webERP 系統自己也算裝了很多次了, 居然都沒有記錄下來
功能多但相對的問題也很多, 很多地方操作都會有問題所以還不是成熟的系統

官方 3.11 版
若是依照系統的安裝流程
資料庫會使用 latin1 的編碼
所以需要將程式加工過再安裝
